Job Description

Sales Assistant Specialist supporting U.S. based Sales Team for the premier travel management company. Managing CRM workflows, researching prospects, and facilitating meetings for Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate data & activity tracking in Salesforce.
  • Research companies & find decision-makers to build to prospect lists.
  • Send tailored outbound emails & make prospecting phone calls, as needed.
  • Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for Sales Representatives.
  • Support Sales Representatives with prospect research & prep before meetings.
  • Track responses & follow-up sequences after meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • 2-4 years of B2B sales support, SDR, or lead generation experience.
  • Strong, near-native English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRMS (Hubspot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Comfortable with outbound email sequences & prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated strength in research, organization, and independent work.
