Job Description
Sales Assistant Specialist supporting U.S. based Sales Team for the premier travel management company. Managing CRM workflows, researching prospects, and facilitating meetings for Sales Representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate data & activity tracking in Salesforce.
- Research companies & find decision-makers to build to prospect lists.
- Send tailored outbound emails & make prospecting phone calls, as needed.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for Sales Representatives.
- Support Sales Representatives with prospect research & prep before meetings.
- Track responses & follow-up sequences after meetings.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
- 2-4 years of B2B sales support, SDR, or lead generation experience.
- Strong, near-native English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRMS (Hubspot, Zoho, etc.).
- Comfortable with outbound email sequences & prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.) is a plus.
- Demonstrated strength in research, organization, and independent work.
