Job Description
Sales Director leading a team of sales specialists at Fiserv selling Clover. Managing sales activities and achieving revenue quotas for small business clients across the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 6 to 10 full cycle outside sales specialists
- Ensure all sales activities and relevant metrics are logged in Salesforce and other systems
- Work closely with direct reports, providing consistent coaching and supporting their development
- Report weekly on team's prospecting activities and sales results
- Accurately forecast team's sales for the month
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of successful SMB B2B sales and leadership experience
- Experience leading teams responsible for cold calling, social selling, email selling and high-volume full cycle sales
- Experience in SaaS or other software sales preferred but not required
