Job Description

Sales Director leading a team of sales specialists at Fiserv selling Clover. Managing sales activities and achieving revenue quotas for small business clients across the U.S.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 6 to 10 full cycle outside sales specialists
  • Ensure all sales activities and relevant metrics are logged in Salesforce and other systems
  • Work closely with direct reports, providing consistent coaching and supporting their development
  • Report weekly on team's prospecting activities and sales results
  • Accurately forecast team's sales for the month

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of successful SMB B2B sales and leadership experience
  • Experience leading teams responsible for cold calling, social selling, email selling and high-volume full cycle sales
  • Experience in SaaS or other software sales preferred but not required
