Job Description
Sales Director responsible for expanding Employer Group, Broker, and TPA relationships at MedImpact. Creating sales plans and maintaining client partnerships to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop and expand Employer Group, Broker, and TPA relationships
- Create and implement sales plans that successfully achieve business objectives
- Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals
- Develop mutually helpful partnerships with brokers and consultants
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Provide executive leadership and overall direction of activities
- Represent the Company in meetings with key customers, brokers, and prospective customers
- Lead timely, accurate, and robust prospect, pipeline, and forecast data
- Meet sales objectives and targets at profitable rates
Requirements:
- BS/BA and 11+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8 years of SME in respective areas
- Strong proficiency with MS Office / Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio and Outlook
- Life and Health license required
