Job Description

Sales Director responsible for expanding Employer Group, Broker, and TPA relationships at MedImpact. Creating sales plans and maintaining client partnerships to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop and expand Employer Group, Broker, and TPA relationships
  • Create and implement sales plans that successfully achieve business objectives
  • Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals
  • Develop mutually helpful partnerships with brokers and consultants
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Provide executive leadership and overall direction of activities
  • Represent the Company in meetings with key customers, brokers, and prospective customers
  • Lead timely, accurate, and robust prospect, pipeline, and forecast data
  • Meet sales objectives and targets at profitable rates

Requirements:

  • BS/BA and 11+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8 years of SME in respective areas
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office / Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio and Outlook
  • Life and Health license required
