Job Description

Partner Success Specialist role focused on onboarding and engaging radio partners at Futuri. Collaborative position ensuring partner success and effective platform usage.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Partner Success Directors in onboarding, retention, and remediation efforts for Futuri Sales Intelligence Radio partners.
  • Monitor and assess health scores across Radio markets, overseeing Grow/Adopt campaigns, addressing retention risks, and proactively engaging with Radio partners.
  • Collaborate with the Futuri Sales Intelligence President to ensure seamless execution of onboarding strategies and outreach initiatives.
  • Support onboarding for new Futuri Sales Intelligence partners, ensuring smooth setup and early success.
  • Train AEs and managers on how to use the platform effectively.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to partners to support usage, answer questions, and build strong relationships.
  • Gather testimonials and feedback to support internal reporting and product improvements.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to partner inquiries, helping resolve issues or coordinating with internal teams when needed.
  • Maintain detailed partner touchpoints and activity records inside Hubspot.
  • Assist Marketing/CX Lead in preparing monthly usage recaps.
  • Collaborate closely with the Partner Success team to maintain clear communication and unified support plans.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years in radio sales, sales support, client services, or related customer-facing roles
  • Comfortable presenting to small groups or sales teams
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a natural, personable communication style
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through
  • Problem solver who stays calm, resourceful, and positive when partners need support
  • Familiarity with tools like Nielsen, Scarborough, AdMall, or similar is a plus (not required)
