Job Description

Sales Operations & Data Coordinator at Sherpa helping with prospecting activities and data operations. Join a tech-driven commercial operations environment at a high-potential company.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, enrich, and structure prospect lists
  • Clean, validate, and prepare data for CRM integration (Pipeliner)
  • Use modern tools to automate data collection and normalization
  • Coordinate multichannel prospecting/outreach activities
  • Support the sales team in account research
  • Track and analyze campaign performance
  • Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, and customized materials
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to support evaluation

Requirements:

  • Excellent proficiency with Google Sheets and marketing databases
  • Comfortable with technologies such as AI platforms, automation tools, and APIs
  • Strong skills in mathematical logic and technical data manipulation
  • Ability to locate and verify business information on LinkedIn
  • Experience with prospecting tools or ability to learn them quickly
  • Familiarity with Prismic or website maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and critical thinking
  • Fluency in French and English
