Job Description
Sales Operations & Data Coordinator at Sherpa helping with prospecting activities and data operations. Join a tech-driven commercial operations environment at a high-potential company.
Responsibilities:
- Research, enrich, and structure prospect lists
- Clean, validate, and prepare data for CRM integration (Pipeliner)
- Use modern tools to automate data collection and normalization
- Coordinate multichannel prospecting/outreach activities
- Support the sales team in account research
- Track and analyze campaign performance
- Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, and customized materials
- Maintain dashboards and reports to support evaluation
Requirements:
- Excellent proficiency with Google Sheets and marketing databases
- Comfortable with technologies such as AI platforms, automation tools, and APIs
- Strong skills in mathematical logic and technical data manipulation
- Ability to locate and verify business information on LinkedIn
- Experience with prospecting tools or ability to learn them quickly
- Familiarity with Prismic or website maintenance
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and critical thinking
- Fluency in French and English
