Job Description
Sales & Operations Specialist working with Adept Sales team to generate sales quotes and process orders. Coordinating with Finance team for order integrity and assisting Operations teams.
Responsibilities:
- Will own Quote-to-Order processes
- Responsible to create and update sales quotes
- Will assist sales with Licensing and Pricing strategies in Excel
- Receive and Process orders
- Coordinate and assist with Partner transactions (Global Footprints, DLT)
- Will ensure Order Accuracy
- Resolve rejected orders, working with Finance, Sales, and/or Customers as needed
- Will send order confirmation communications to customers
- Will support Senior Leader special projects or initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 years in a Sales Support role
- Accounting experience desired
- Experience in a CRM solution required, Salesforce experience a plus
- Experience in MS Office applications with intermediate MS Excel skills required
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with shifting priorities
