Job Description

Sales Recruiter managing end-to-end recruitment for high-performance sales talent at Service Experts LLC. Strategizing with leadership and optimizing candidate engagement through ATS workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the end-to-end recruitment process for our business units, ensuring a seamless, uniform, and incredibly positive candidate experience.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor to sales leaders, recommending data-driven strategies to identify and land top-tier revenue generators.
  • Proactively hunt and engage passive "sales superstars" through advanced sourcing techniques beyond standard job boards.
  • Optimize our Greenhouse ATS workflows to ensure data integrity and a friction-free experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of proven experience identifying and closing high-performing sales talent.
  • Mastery of Greenhouse ATS; you know how to leverage the tool to move fast without sacrificing candidate quality.
  • Expert in structured, behavioral-based interviewing techniques that reveal the true "sales grit" in every candidate.
  • Operates with an incredible sense of urgency and the ability to pivot as hiring priorities shift.
