Job Description
Aerospace sales representative developing airline and MRO customers for Bron Tapes. Sourcing parts, negotiating supplier terms, quoting, and managing accounts to drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop customer relationships and generate new business opportunities in aerospace markets
- Support existing accounts and serve as the primary customer point of contact throughout the sales process
- Source parts and materials from suppliers to fulfill customer demands
- Negotiate supplier pricing and terms and complete customer-facing quotes
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, quality, and logistics to resolve customer issues
- Prospect for new customers and generate leads through networking, referrals, trade shows, and outbound outreach
- Schedule customer meetings and product presentations
- Maintain an active sales pipeline
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing packages
- Process purchase orders and monitor order status
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software
- Learn manufacturing capabilities and product offerings and understand customer technical requirements
- Monitor industry trends and competitor products
- Travel as required based on business needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
- NetSuite or other large ERP experience desirable
- Professionalism, high energy, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial products
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
