Job Description

Sales Specialist for 3M's Automotive Aftermarkets team driving sales activities in the Automotive Collision market. Building strong customer relationships in Adelaide, SA territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, quantify and define business opportunities within your designated territory in order to achieve sales targets
  • Development and implementation of sales plans to manage distributors and end users
  • Build long term business relationships both internally and externally
  • Achieve targets both on an individual basis, as well as contributing to the overall Automotive Aftermarket Divisions goals
  • Management of CRM system, Salesforce

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience within a Professional Sales Role, ideally from an industrial environment
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Industrial Products an advantage but not essential
  • Exceptional selling and key account management skills
  • Ability to analyze and identify business opportunities
