Job Description

Senior Salesforce Developer responsible for defining technical solutions for new products at Evertec. Collaborating with teams and proposing system improvements in the fintech sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Define low- and medium-complexity technical solutions for new products;
  • Map and align dependencies across technical teams to support the development of the team's solutions;
  • Provide technical and business support to the team during the execution of activities;
  • Propose and assess the impact of configurable parameters and modules on systems;
  • Elicit the current state of processes and systems with business stakeholders and propose improvements;
  • Validate medium-complexity requirements prior to delivery;
  • Participate in demand analysis with external vendors and route requests to the development team;
  • Support the elicitation of business and software requirements with internal and external stakeholders, translating them into system solutions;
  • Contribute to the preparation of documentation (business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories).

Requirements:

  • Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem;
  • Experience implementing Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud);
  • Knowledge of named credentials and external services;
  • Lightning Pages and record layouts;
  • Data modeling (objects, fields, roles, profiles, and sharing rules);
  • Automations (Flows, Process Builder, and approval processes);
  • REST integrations (HTTP, RestResource);
  • Asynchronous processing (Future methods, Queueables, Batch, Schedules);
  • Development in APEX;
  • Front-end with LWC, Aura Components, and JavaScript;
  • Scratch Orgs;
  • Version control with Git/GitLab (including merge conflict resolution);
  • Development best practices: clean code, design patterns, and software architecture.
