Job Description
CRM Engineer supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of Vibrant's CRM systems. Ensuring optimization to enhance customer experiences and streamline business processes.
Responsibilities:
- support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Vibrant's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- maintain the Salesforce CRM system including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, and security
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM platform is optimized to enhance customer experiences and streamline business processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required
- 1+ years of experience as a CRM Engineer or similar role
- Salesforce certification is preferred
