Job Description
Salesforce Data Cloud architect designing enterprise data models, ingestion pipelines, and activation strategies. Leading technical teams for VXForward’s technology solutions and consulting clients.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Data 360 Solution Architect
- Design enterprise-grade data models, ingestion pipelines, and activation strategies
- Lead and mentor a technical delivery team comprising two Technical Architects
- Work closely with the overall TA Lead and Project Manager
- Provide direct technical guidance
- Troubleshoot complex configuration challenges
- Validate Data Cloud designs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, program leaders, and cross-functional technology teams
- Ensure alignment with business requirements and banking standards
Requirements:
- Deep, hands-on experience with Data 360 and Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, harmonization, calculated insights, identity resolution, and activation
- Proven track record in a Solution Architect Lead role guiding technical teams through complex implementations
- Strong enterprise data architecture skills
- Experience with API integrations
- Lead management platform knowledge
- Experience in Financial Services / Banking environments highly preferred
- Relevant certifications needed for this role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
- Ability to meet unexpected challenges and adapt when needed
