Job Description
Salesforce Administrator optimizing HubSpot and Salesforce systems for Sales and Marketing in a remote-first organization. Collaborating across functions and ensuring data integrity with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize Salesforce and HubSpot systems
- Build and refactor Salesforce Flows, permissions, validation rules, and Lightning pages
- Manage HubSpot workflows and automations (80+ active workflows)
- Maintain data integrity across accounts, contacts, leads, and custom objects
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement hot fixes
- Perform data uploads, cleansing, and bulk data manipulation (Excel proficiency preferred)
- Ensure accurate data sync between HubSpot and Salesforce
- Support reporting needs for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
- Collaborate cross-functionally and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- 3+ years of CRM administration experience
- Strong Salesforce experience (Admin-level knowledge)
- Salesforce Admin Certification (strongly preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce Flows (required)
- Experience managing permissions, layouts, validation rules
- Hands-on HubSpot administration experience
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working remote U.S. Eastern hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST)
