Job Description
Salesforce Lead taking technical ownership of Salesforce projects in Bogotá. Designing high-level architectures and collaborating with diverse technical stakeholders for scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and document end-to-end technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Define data models and integration architectures using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical blueprints.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
- Conduct technical code and configuration reviews to ensure alignment with best practices.
- Lead technical discussions during Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience, with at least 2+ years in a Senior role.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Rest API.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, or Industry Clouds).
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns (Pub/Sub, CDC, Platform Events).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Salesforce DX, Git, Gearset) and modern CI/CD workflows.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Git
- Bonus Skills: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application/System Architect certifications; experience with MuleSoft or Tableau.
- Attributes: Analytical thinker, strong communicator, and a team player dedicated to building maintainable enterprise systems.
