Job Description
Salesforce Technical Consultant designing and building Salesforce solutions in a consulting environment. Collaborating with clients and architects to deliver high-quality implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and standard platform features
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants and Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical designs
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform tools
- Implement automation, validation, security, and data models aligned to Salesforce best practices
- Perform code reviews, ensure quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices
- Support deployment activities, release management, and post‑go‑live support
- Participate in technical discovery, estimation, and solution planning activities
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers where appropriate
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- Strong hands‑on experience developing on the Salesforce Platform
- Proven experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and data modelling
- Experience with integrations and APIs
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and source control (e.g. Git‑based workflows)
- Experience working in project‑based or consulting environments
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
