Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Gestione e implementazione di soluzioni SAP HR e Payroll per clienti in Germania
- Analisi delle esigenze del cliente e configurazione del sistema SAP HCM
- Supporto nella gestione delle buste paga e compliance con la normativa tedesca
- Collaborazione con i team interni per garantire l'integrazione dei processi HR
Requirements:
- Esperienza in SAP HR e SAP HCM
- Conoscenza approfondita del Payroll in Germania
- Capacità di analisi e problem solving
- Ottime doti comunicative in tedesco
