Job Description
Project Manager leading projects in the SAP ecosystem with a focus on business results. Managing multicultural teams and ensuring project governance and adherence to best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end SAP projects (scope, schedule, cost, quality).
- Act as the primary point of contact between business, IT and vendors.
- Plan schedules, control resource allocation and manage risks, proposing action plans.
- Lead internal meetings, project status meetings, steering committees and executive alignments.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (SAP Activate) and governance.
- Manage global programs and projects, coordinating multicultural functional and technical teams with a focus on efficiency, quality, adherence to scope and to the defined margin throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate technical complexities into business language to facilitate decision-making and help stakeholders understand impacts.
- Ensure traceability of overall project documentation and deliverables and reduce operational risks in each release or system implementation phase.
- Be responsible for executing project management processes and for the project’s financial management.
Requirements:
- Strong experience as an SAP Project Manager.
- Proven prior experience in projects or large transformation programs in the SAP ecosystem (implementation, rollout or SAP upgrade).
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices (SAP Activate, PMI, Agile, hybrid).
- Clear and objective communication skills with internal managers, client business areas and internal/external technical teams.
- Experience in financial management (revenue, costs and margin), risk management and stakeholder management.
- Advanced Portuguese and English are mandatory for this position.
- PMP, SAP Activate or equivalent certification.
- Track record of projects involving SAP integration with other market products (e.g., TaxOne, Dfe, Mercado Eletronico, etc.).
- Experience with S/4HANA and migration projects.
- Demonstrated ability to handle detailed micromanagement, ensuring absolute discipline and attention to the smallest process details.
- Advanced use of Microsoft tools for project management (MS Project desktop, Planner, Teams, SharePoint).
- Advanced Spanish.
