Job Description
Segment Technology Lead driving technology growth and client alignment for Guidehouse's Financial Services segment. Leading industry relationships and ensuring delivery excellence in technology initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the technology strategy in collaboration with Segment and Practice Leads.
- Align segment technology goals with firmwide capability strategies and client needs.
- Serve as the industry-facing technology luminary, representing the company in client and market forums.
- Partner with the Technology Growth Lead to manage all technology opportunities within the segment.
- Oversee pipeline development, opportunity qualification, and capture strategy.
- Support Technology Account Leads (TALs) and Practice Area Technology Leads (PATLs) in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy and scalable technology practice by working closely with Capability Leads on recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Foster and manage key relationships with strategic ecosystem partners (e.g., Microsoft, Salesforce, AWS).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably within consulting or professional services.
- Proven ability to define and execute technology strategies aligned with business goals.
- Track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining top technology talent, including succession planning and performance management.
- Demonstrated success in business development, including pipeline management, opportunity qualification, and proposal development.
- Ability to foster and manage strategic partnerships with ecosystem partners to co-develop solutions and drive joint go-to-market efforts.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with experience representing organizations in client and industry forums.
- Strong thought leadership demonstrated through publications, speaking engagements, and advisory roles.
