Job Description

Senior Account Director leading strategy and execution for major client partnerships at a staffing agency. Overseeing operational excellence and team performance throughout project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-level client strategy while driving flawless execution across a large-scale project.
  • Oversee key client partnerships at the executive level.
  • Manage account strategy, financial oversight, and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with Project Directors, Regional Project Managers, Staffing, HR, and Finance.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Ensure KPIs, service level agreements, and contractual commitments are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in account management, client services leadership, experiential marketing, or large-scale staffing operations.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise-level client relationships and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and margin performance.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing account teams or cross-functional program teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture planning with operational execution.
  • Strong escalation management and risk mitigation experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools, staffing systems, and Microsoft Office.
