Job Description
Senior Advisor im Advisory Board von Orlowski Consulting, einer Berliner M&A-Beratung für den deutschen Mittelstand. Strategische Begleitung, M&A-Expertise und Unterstützung bei Unternehmensverkäufen.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a sparring partner to the management team on strategic matters and the continued growth of the consulting firm
- Advise on the development of our market and growth strategy
- Support the continued development of our M&A processes and consulting standards
- Contribute your entrepreneurial experience to complex company sales
- Help expand our network of entrepreneurs, family offices, investors, private equity firms, and strategic buyers
- Identify new business opportunities as well as valuable market and industry trends
- Support the acquisition of new mandates and facilitate introductions through your personal network
Requirements:
- Several years of experience as an entrepreneur, managing director, executive board member, advisory board member, investor, or in a comparable leadership position
- Ideally, experience in M&A, business succession, private equity, corporate finance, or corporate development
- Strong strategic understanding and a pronounced entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent network within Germany’s Mittelstand or the transaction environment
- Strong personal reputation and confident presence at executive management and shareholder level
- Strong analytical skills, discretion, and a well-developed understanding of business interrelationships
- Enjoy sharing your experience and actively contributing to the development of a growing advisory firm
