Job Description
Dutch-speaking advisor supporting FinTech accounts, payments, and compliance for Mercier Consultancy Group. Resolving complex transactions and payment-platform issues for international users.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support to Dutch-speaking users regarding their FinTech account, payment processing, and transaction history
- Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and internal security protocols to protect user data
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of the payment platform to increase user satisfaction and engagement
- Resolve complex queries related to electronic fund transfers, e-wallet management, and currency conversion
- Collaborate with international technical teams to troubleshoot system errors and payment gateway issues
- Maintain detailed case documentation in the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and trend analysis
- Contribute to the ongoing success of one of the top jobs in Bulgaria within the high-growth FinTech sector
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) skills are mandatory for this position
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria
- Strong proficiency in English to operate within our international corporate environment
- Demonstrable interest in the FinTech industry and passion for digital financial solutions
- Excellent analytical skills and a commitment to providing a superior customer experience
