Job Description
Senior AI Engineer designing AI solutions for business constraints with a focus on output over hours. Join a remote-first culture in EMEA with a global leader in AI-driven workflow transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose business bottlenecks and determine if AI is the appropriate intervention, then design and deploy the solution.
- Map complex workflows, identify constraints using the Theory of Constraints, and design AI-powered solutions to mitigate them.
- Integrate AI capabilities via APIs and apply advanced patterns such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-agent orchestration.
- Evaluate emerging tools, document effective patterns, and create reusable AI foundations for the organization.
- Implement essential safety measures, including prompt injection defenses, data leakage prevention, and output filtering.
Requirements:
- Expert-level Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Extensive experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Proficiency with REST APIs, GraphQL, and automation platforms such as Make, n8n, or Workato
- Experience integrating AI within Salesforce, Zendesk, and Marketo
- Mastery of evaluation frameworks and human-in-the-loop systems.
