Job Description
Analista Sênior criando soluções de IA, LLMs e pipelines de dados para a digitalização industrial da Vetta. Projetando arquiteturas escaláveis em Databricks, AWS e Azure para otimizar operações e apoiar a descarbonização.
Responsibilities:
- Design data architectures and AI solutions for different use cases
- Develop and modernize data pipelines, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance
- Work with large volumes of data in a dynamic, global environment
- Evaluate and determine the best approaches among Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and LLMs
- Develop generative AI solutions, intelligent automation, and integrations with LLMs
- Work with data platforms such as Databricks and cloud environments, especially AWS and Azure
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and availability of data to support developed solutions
- Evaluate and select frameworks, languages, and tools considering cost, performance, and scalability
- Contribute to data governance and integrate solutions with existing architectures
- Assess technical impacts of new features, technologies, and tool changes
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to build new data-driven digital products
- Work in an environment of continuous technological evolution, facing challenges related to product engineering, data, and Artificial Intelligence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; postgraduate or Master's in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines using Databricks, Spark, PySpark, Python, and SQL
- Perform ingestion, transformation, cleaning, and standardization of large volumes of data
- Develop, train, validate, and optimize Machine Learning models using scikit-learn, including regression, decision trees, and clustering
- Build and manage Machine Learning pipelines with MLflow, ensuring governance, traceability, and model monitoring
- Perform tuning, monitoring, and performance analysis of models and AI solutions
- Develop Generative AI and LLM solutions, integrating traditional ML models with architectures such as RAG, semantic/vector search, embeddings, and response ranking
- Implement and integrate solutions using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases
- Develop applications following Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software engineering best practices
- Work with cloud environments in Azure and/or AWS, including scalable and secure clusters and services
- Apply DevOps and CI/CD best practices in the development, deployment, and maintenance of solutions
- Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to technical planning and sprint execution
- Work on the integration of Data, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Software Engineering, turning business needs into scalable solutions
- Experience with CAD/Computer-Aided Design, 3D/digital modeling, parametric modeling, solids, surfaces, assemblies, technical drawing/drafting, DMU/Digital Mock-Up, BOM/product structure, and engineering workflows integrated with PLM is a plus
- Advanced English; Spanish or French is a plus
