Job Description
Senior Associate for Live Operations at DoorDash, managing logistics operations across a national network. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee live, tactical operations of 60+ locations across a national hub and spoke network
- Design, build, and execute data-based alerting for resource allocation
- Collaborate with central teams to prioritize initiatives for customer experience
- Interface with central and ground teams across a 24/7 support network
Requirements:
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- 2-4+ years’ experience in on-the-ground warehousing or logistics
- Familiarity with SQL or data manipulation
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets / data analysis skills
- Ability to solve problems from first principles
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams in operations-heavy environments
- Ability to flex between live escalations and operation details
