Job Description
Senior Consultant specializing in Change Management for pm result consultancy. Focused on complex consulting projects and team development across various industries.

Requirements:
- At least three years of experience as a specialist in change management, organizational or team development — management experience welcomed.
- Experience designing and supporting complex change or transformation initiatives.
- A toolkit of inspiring ideas, practical experience, methods and analytical tools, with your personal touch.
- A personality driven by ambition, openness to change, personal accountability and a hands-on mentality.
- The ability to build sustainable, trust-based client relationships.
- Familiarity with Design Thinking, Scrum, Business Model Canvas or the Golden Circle as part of your methodological toolkit.
