Job Description
Senior Content Creator using generative AI, video, and social storytelling for Parloa’s enterprise conversational AI platform. Building experimental content programs across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X.
Responsibilities:
- Develop unconventional, social-first creative that earns attention
- Use generative AI to create videos, images, and new content formats
- Build recurring shows, characters, and series around Parloa, its customers, people, and industry
- Respond quickly to news, culture, trends, and industry conversations with relevant creative
- Turn executives and employees into compelling content by capturing their ideas, expertise, and personalities
- Partner with brand, social, product, and growth teams to bring larger creative ideas to life
- Own an experimental creative engine within the Parloa marketing team
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience creating content, or an exceptional portfolio that makes the number irrelevant
- Strong creative instincts and ability to create content that makes people stop, watch, and share
- Comfortable shooting, editing, and producing video independently using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript, Riverside, or similar
- Active experimentation with generative AI across video, image, and audio
- Understanding of content differences across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X
- Ability to turn interviews, events, podcasts, executive conversations, or early-stage ideas into compelling content
- Ability to move quickly, experiment, learn from results, and continue shipping
