Job Description
Senior Digital Learning & AI Content Developer creating AI-powered videos, courses, and onboarding content. Building Resilinc’s Academy for enterprise supply-chain intelligence users.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain short-form product videos, tutorials, walkthroughs, customer onboarding journeys, interactive learning modules, product-release education, role-based learning paths, certifications, assessments, internal enablement content, quick-reference guides, webinar content, event content, and AI-assisted multimedia assets
- Turn complex technical concepts into concise, visually strong, easy-to-consume learning experiences for enterprise users
- Use AI tools for research, content planning, script writing, storyboarding, summarization, translation, localization, voiceover, video editing, graphics, quiz generation, content repurposing, and knowledge extraction
- Evaluate AI tools and workflows to shorten production cycles and improve content quality
- Produce polished product videos, tutorials, demos, and learning assets
- Apply AI-generated voice, captions, translation, animation, avatars, and visual effects where useful
- Build reusable templates and production standards
- Partner with Product, Services, Support, Engineering, Sales, and customer-facing teams
- Extract knowledge from subject matter experts and convert technical discussions into customer-facing learning
- Design structured onboarding experiences, role-based learning paths, and certification programs
- Support customer adoption and product usage through digital enablement
- Organize and maintain learning content within the Academy platform
- Manage publishing, updates, versioning, and retirement of outdated content
- Maintain content quality, branding, searchability, accessibility, and navigation
- Track video and course engagement, completion rates, learning-path and certification progress, feedback, self-service usage, production time, content freshness, and usage
- Use data to improve, replace, or retire content
- Own the full content lifecycle from idea to published experience as a hands-on individual contributor
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital learning, content development, customer education, enablement, instructional design, multimedia production, or related roles
- Strong hands-on experience creating digital learning content
- Strong experience using AI tools for content creation and productivity
- Experience producing and editing professional video content
- Strong writing, scripting, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences
- Experience working directly with subject matter experts
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital-learning technologies
- Strong visual and content-design instincts
- Ability to manage multiple content initiatives independently
- High attention to detail and quality
- Ability to operate with limited supervision in a fast-moving environment
- Advanced experience with generative AI tools for writing, video, voice, translation, graphics, or learning content
- Experience with AI video creation, synthetic voice, avatars, automated editing, or multimedia-generation tools
- Experience building learning content for enterprise SaaS or technology products
- Experience with AI, data, analytics, supply chain, risk, compliance, or enterprise software
- Experience with rapid video-production workflows
- Experience building certifications or role-based learning programs
- Experience supporting global audiences and multilingual content
- Experience using analytics to improve learning engagement
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality videos, tutorials, courses, or digital learning assets
