Job Description

Contracts/Subcontracts Senior Compliance Manager ensuring compliance with federal labor laws at Amentum. Leading compliance programs, training, and audits across subcontractor operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight of the Company’s Subcontract compliance program
  • Initiating, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating processes, procedures, products, or systems used as part of the Company’s compliance program
  • Using technical judgment to identify potential operational risks, and developing risk mitigation strategies and corrective actions to ensure compliance
  • Coordinating, monitoring and enforcing compliance with prevailing wage requirements
  • Performing onsite/offsite training to the company team members on prevailing wage requirements and the Company’s compliance program
  • Leading or conducting site visits, program audits, and field interviews
  • Ensuring processes are in place for the collecting and reviewing of weekly Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs) and payroll records
  • Investigating and responding to wage compliance questions and concerns
  • Maintaining current working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and requirements
  • Coordinating with Operations, HR, and Procurement Representatives to ensure up-to-date DOL Labor Posters are displayed
  • Assisting program operations and procurement Reps with conformance requests
  • Documenting interviews and generating reports for site audits and investigations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Supply Chain Management or associated discipline
  • Two years’ experience in a related field can be substituted for each year of the four-year degree requirement
  • 12 + years’ experience in Contracts and/or Subcontracts management
  • Three (3) years’ management experience, in a Contracts and/or Subcontracts position is preferred
  • Experience in a high volume, Federal Subcontract global management environment
  • Prior Federal labor compliance experience preferred
  • Professional Certification in Contracts, Subcontracts field preferred
  • Valid US or local driver's license and US passport is required
  • US Citizenship is required to apply
