Job Description
Senior Corporate Counsel managing labor & employment issues for Jabil across Europe and the Middle East. Providing legal advice, conducting investigations, and supporting HR in compliance matters.
Responsibilities:
- Provide pragmatic advice and counsel on labor & employment matters across the EME region
- Support workforce redundancies, reorganizations, and employee separations
- Actively monitor new laws, legal decisions, and industry trends
- Review, draft, and update various employment agreements and policies
- Support and/or conduct investigations of internal employee complaints
- Manage and support labor & employment litigation and arbitration matters
Requirements:
- 7+ years of post-qualification legal experience in EU/EMEA labor & employment law
- Law degree from an accredited university
- Admission/qualification to practice law in the UK or an EU jurisdiction
- Strong understanding and advisory skills on labor & employment laws in the EME region
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Fluency in a second European language is desirable but not necessary
