Job Description

Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts as Senior Customer Success Manager at RaiseNow. Advise clients on effective fundraising strategies in a remote-first setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships and act as a strategic partner to customers in their fundraising success
  • Advise and support clients in designing effective fundraising strategies and high-impact digital campaigns
  • Onboard new customers and guide them in adopting RaiseNow tools into sustainable fundraising and membership workflows
  • Be a go-to expert for digital fundraising, continuously learning and sharing best practices
  • Proactively address technical challenges, resolve support tickets, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative solutions
  • Analyze customer data to drive retention, spot growth opportunities, and lead renewals and account expansion

Requirements:

  • Several years of customer success experience in a SaaS, digital fundraising or payment service provider environment
  • Technical background in the form of a university degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with programming languages, APIs, JSON objects, and concepts in payment technology is highly desirable.
  • The ability to articulate technical concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong written and verbal command of English and French (C1)
  • Nice to have: Experience working in digital fundraising
  • Strong command of German or Dutch
