Job Description
Senior Data Analyst managing logistics and operations for CookUnity's meal delivery service. Analyzing performance metrics and driving operational excellence within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Create end-to-end visibility into our operations: Build, refine, and own the core metrics that define operational excellence across production, fulfillment, logistics, and last-mile delivery.
- Improve delivery reliability & carrier performance: Analyze carrier network performance, route efficiency, delivery timeliness, and cost-to-serve.
- Drive the “Perfect Experience” for eaters: Identify operational drivers of negative experience and prioritize high-impact improvements.
- Optimize processes across the Operations value chain: Map, measure, and improve key operational workflows.
- Lead deep-dive investigations on operational issues: Own the analytical process for understanding emerging operational challenges.
- Enable teams to self-serve operational insights: Build self-service tools and standardized reporting that empower Ops and Logistics teams.
Requirements:
- 5 years in similar analyst roles, with a pattern of high achievement
- High autonomy in partnering with non-technical stakeholders
- High autonomy in executing to produce insights with data (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Python, dbt)
- High agency and growth mindset
