Job Description
Support Lukka’s Enterprise Data Suite as a Senior Data Product Specialist handling digital asset data. Collaborate across teams to enhance data products and client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Be a part of the team focused on supporting Lukka’s Enterprise Data Suite of products, including pricing, reference data, and analytics
- Maintain and enhance the data content to facilitate solutions for internal & external clients
- Provide front-line support to investment teams as they interact with our data
- Partner with internal technology teams to scale our services and facilitate future growth
- Proactively work with clients to understand their problems and develop solutions to ensure their data needs are met
- Integrate customer feedback into the Lukka Product development lifecycle
- Leverage business knowledge of the crypto asset ecosystem to support clients who are new to the space
- Troubleshoot customer issues
- Improve on existing operational processes
- Define requirements with technology teams to enhance the platform and data delivery mechanisms
- Research new crypto trends and events for product expansion
- Maintain the accuracy of Lukka’s data products
- Aggregate data, design methodology to normalize data, and enrich data gaps
- Assess various sources of crypto reference data and determine data quality
- Monitor daily processes to ensure complete and accurate data throughout our entire ecosystem
- Define new process improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- A university degree, ideally in an analytical field (engineering, mathematics, accounting, finance, computer science etc)
- 3 to 5 years of professional work experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative
- Experience with crypto assets or a demonstrated intellectual curiosity to learn more about crypto assets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Data / BI Tools are a plus (sql, python, excel)
- Previous experience in financial services or crypto assets is preferred but not required.
