Job Description
Senior Consultant leading HR engagements for diverse clients at RSM. Managing onboarding, offboarding, and compliance while providing strategic HR guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engagements with RSM client companies and serve as their primary point of contact
- Participate in the initial HR Assessment of a new client company
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance related matters
- Provide guidance to managers on handling performance problems and compliance concerns
- Build rapport with client companies through responsive and knowledgeable service
- Maintain meticulous records and assist with data compilation and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Understanding of the HR function and best practices related to processes
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and stay current with HR trends
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
