Job Description

Senior Consultant leading HR engagements for diverse clients at RSM. Managing onboarding, offboarding, and compliance while providing strategic HR guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead engagements with RSM client companies and serve as their primary point of contact
  • Participate in the initial HR Assessment of a new client company
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance related matters
  • Provide guidance to managers on handling performance problems and compliance concerns
  • Build rapport with client companies through responsive and knowledgeable service
  • Maintain meticulous records and assist with data compilation and reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Understanding of the HR function and best practices related to processes
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and stay current with HR trends
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
