Job Description
Senior Delivery Director managing clinical delivery operations at Fortrea with financial oversight and leadership responsibilities. Driving improvement initiatives and maximizing client relationships across studies.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the financial and operations oversight of clinical delivery across a portfolio of studies to ensure on time or early delivery, within or below budget
- Partner with Regional Heads within the Clinical Network to ensure appropriate resourcing and productivity levels within the portfolio of studies
- Maximize contribution margin across clinical delivery through strong financial stewardship and accountability
- Drives and supports a learning organization
- Engages with leadership to help drive and implement initiatives which aim to improve performance of the business
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 or more years of research and development and clinical research experience (pharmaceutical or biotech and CRO)
- 6 or more years in Drug Delivery Project Management
- Broader level client relationships and business development experience
- Demonstrated clinical delivery experience
