Job Description

Senior Designer leading brand and marketing initiatives for Paynuity, shaping creative vision and ensuring brand consistency across all digital and print assets. Requires extensive design experience and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish Paynuity’s creative vision and ensure all customer-facing touchpoints reflect brand standards.
  • Lead brand strategy, guide cross-functional creative initiatives, and mentor talent.
  • Develop sophisticated visual concepts and high-stakes collateral ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Manage the design and enhancement of Paynuity’s WordPress site and collaborate with Engineering.
  • Recruit and mentor designers; manage creative budgets and vendor engagements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Leadership, and Legal on various brand and investor materials.
  • Monitor design trends and propose enhancements for market presence.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of progressive design experience, including 2+ years leading creative teams (agency or in-house).
  • Demonstrated mastery of PowerPoint for executive-level presentations and investor communications.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and WordPress (Elementor or comparable page builders).
  • Portfolio showcasing sophisticated, data-driven collateral (e.g., investor decks) and intuitive UX/UI solutions.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on design execution in fast-moving environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences.
