Job Description
Senior Director of Medical & Scientific Affairs overseeing Specialty Testing business at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. Leading product development, clinical research, and external partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Setting vision and strategic direction for the Specialty Testing business area
- Leading daily business operations support related to product development and clinical research
- Partnering as a thought leader and Beckman Coulter representative with senior external customers
- Driving scientific and clinical positioning of products pre and post-launch
Requirements:
- Doctorate level requirement (M.D., Ph.D, Pharm.D, DNP)
- Minimum of 20 years of medical & clinical affairs experience
- Board-certified hematologist
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Minimum of 5 years of project management skills
