Job Description

Senior Director transforming ThreatDown’s cybersecurity revenue operations through Salesforce, data governance, automation, and analytics. Driving predictable growth across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the systems, data, and processes that drive ThreatDown's revenue engine
  • Lead a multi-quarter transformation to clean up fragmented data and reporting
  • Automate manual workflows and implement analytics for go-to-market decisions and growth
  • Strengthen Salesforce data integrity and pipeline hygiene
  • Refine account and territory records
  • Standardize process and reporting definitions with lightweight governance
  • Consolidate and standardize GTM dashboards into a trusted reporting layer
  • Align metric definitions across GTM and Finance
  • Identify and automate high-volume manual workflows, including lead routing, quoting and approvals, compensation calculations, forecasting inputs, and data entry
  • Deliver measurable reduction in manual hours
  • Build sales analytics capabilities to guide investment, scaling, and reallocation decisions
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting cadence, deal desk, and quota/territory design and administration
  • Own marketing funnel instrumentation, lead lifecycle, MQL-to-SQL handoff, attribution, and martech stack
  • Partner with Finance on compensation plan design, administer compensation, resolve disputes, and model incentives
  • Design territories, capacity planning, account assignment logic, and equity
  • Produce board/investor metrics, GTM KPIs, win/loss and cohort analysis, and ad hoc decision support
  • Own the Salesforce and integrated GTM stack roadmap, administration, and vendor management
  • Report to the GM and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success leadership

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations
  • 3+ years leading the function at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience at a $100M+ ARR company with large transaction volume preferred
  • Proven track record running a RevOps transformation, including data remediation, reporting standardization, or workflow automation at scale
  • Deep experience designing and managing automation projects across CRM, PRM, marketing automation, business intelligence, orchestration automation, and data warehouse tools
  • Demonstrated experience reorganizing a team through a process change without losing operational continuity
  • Strong financial fluency, including compensation modeling, forecasting, and unit economics
  • Familiarity with multi-model selling and retention is a plus, including multi-tier channel sales, direct sales, MSP, and online ecommerce
  • Cybersecurity or technical product context is a plus
