Job Description
Senior Director Solutions Engineering API partnering with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success. Driving revenue growth through exceptional security solutions and strategic direction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direction to pre-sales Leads and Managers
- Communicating the team's direction, goals and progress to sales and pre-sales leadership
- Leading initiatives to build team capabilities for new products
- Owning and developing reports and analytics for data-driven strategies
- Partnering with internal cross-functional teams for business objectives and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 15 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Solutions Engineering, MIS or its equivalent
- Experience managing global technical teams
- Expertise in API architectures, gateways, identity frameworks, and cloud-native ecosystems like Kubernetes, Docker, and Service Mesh
- Expertise in networking protocols, enterprise cybersecurity tools, API discovery, and security testing aligned with OWASP API Top 10 standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build alignment, trust, and productive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
