- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex customer issues involving Kubernetes, Argo CD, and the Akuity Platform, escalating to the product engineering team when appropriate
- Recognize patterns in customer issues and proactively contribute to our support playbook, documentation, and internal knowledge base
- Develop tooling, integrations, and automation that improve the customer experience and extend the capabilities of the Akuity Platform
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap

- Meaningful professional experience with Argo CD, with knowledge of typical Argo CD patterns such as ApplicationSets, multi-cluster management, and advanced configuration
- Software engineering skills: comfortable writing using e.g Go, Rust, Java, Python, or TypeScript; able to contribute solid PRs to open-source projects in the cloud-native ecosystem and build or extend integrations or tooling

- Experience in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage multiple competing priorities
- Excellent people skills — collaborative, humble, adaptable, and with a sense of humor.
