Job Description
Director of Revenue Analytics & Incentive Strategy at 8x8 enhancing operational efficiency and data quality across Finance, Sales, and Data teams. Leading incentive optimization and strategic decision support.
Responsibilities:
- Improve overall quality of data inputs by working with upstream process owners
- Coordinate and optimize cooperation among teams
- Deliver value-creating insights into the effectiveness of incentive programs
- Scale financial systems, analytics, and planning capabilities
- Build financial models and improve existing models
- Support operational leadership on capital allocation
- Leverage operational and financial data for meaningful analysis
- Measure ROI and optimize incentives
- Develop frameworks and analytics for strategic decisions
- Drive projects that operationalize insights
- Support the broader finance organization with mentorship and skills transfer
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in Revenue Analytics, Finance, or Revenue Operations
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across Finance, Sales, and Data
- Advanced modeling skills and proficiency with analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms)
- Strong business judgment and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly to executives
- Track record of driving automation and process improvement initiatives
- Exceptional collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
