- 8-12 years of experience in technology organizations
- 3+ years leading teams
- Proven track record of improving organizational accountability, delivery reliability, and execution clarity
- Experience developing leaders, senior engineers, and high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery environments
- May have prior engineering or architectural background
