Job Description
Technical Field Service Manager ensuring customer satisfaction through troubleshooting and support for industrial power generation equipment. Requires 10 years of experience and a bachelor degree in engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, setup and assistance to data center customers.
- Assist in site certification, operation and EPA testing.
- Assist with the development and distribution of service and parts bulletins.
- Assist sales managers and rep groups with customer product training.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers’ branch, district, and regional sales and service managers.
- Coordinate customer calls to ensure needs are met.
- Provide sales support through assisting customers in determining equipment needs.
- Provide technical input and design ideas to engineering during new product initiation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Physical ability to manipulate objects or controls
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Capability to lift up to 25 - 50 pounds
