Job Description
Senior FP&A Manager driving financial strategies and reporting at fast-growing compliance startup with a focus on SaaS metrics and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously improve financial models including budgeting, rolling forecasting and target setting
- Develop and monitor SaaS and financial metrics to provide financial insights
- Lead action plans to maximize value of the right strategies
- Partner with department heads on commercial and headcount planning
- Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting
- Plan, monitor and analyze cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
- Establish processes and tools appropriate for scaling business
- Prepare investor reporting and present complex financial data
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
- Lead a two-person Finance team to build a collaborative environment
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, etc.)
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders and influencing decision-making at senior levels
- Solid knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow management, and budgeting processes
- Familiarity with investor reporting and board-level communication
- Experience building or improving financial processes in a scaling organization
- First leadership experience or strong motivation to lead and develop a small, high-impact team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
