Job Description
Financial Analysis Advisor providing analytical support for Finance Planning at Cigna. Developing budgeting and forecasting reports while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Analytical support for Finance Planning team Managers and Business Partners
- Serve as the primary Finance contact for the Product team
- Develop and prepare budgeting/forecasting/reporting/analysis
- Month End Close reporting, presentation, and variance explanation analysis
- Work with Finance team on forecasts, budgets and variance analysis
- Ad-hoc analysis and project participation as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field required
- 3+ years financial planning experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, logical formulas)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Hyperion Essbase experience is highly preferred
- Intense attention to detail
- Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines
