Job Description
Senior Full Stack Entwickler/in building scalable Shopify apps for over 3,500 Shopify merchants. Developing React, Next.js, Node.js and TypeScript e-commerce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, architect, and develop Shopify apps, plugins, and API integrations
- Full-stack development using modern frontend technologies (React, Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Express, TypeScript)
- Integrate third-party systems (ERP, payment, CRM, logistics, etc.) via REST and GraphQL interfaces
- Ensure performance, code quality, and scalability
- Implement responsive and accessible UI components
- Conduct code reviews, testing (unit, integration, and E2E), and debugging
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and technical documentation
- Work closely with Design, Product, and QA to shape products from the ground up
- Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to our technical roadmap
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and Express
- Solid expertise in working with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and modern DevOps workflows
- Understanding of UX/UI, API design, security (OAuth, JWT, CORS), and performance optimization
- (Optional) Experience with Shopify app development, including Polaris, webhooks, OAuth, and the GraphQL API
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Enjoy working in a team, exchanging technical knowledge, and taking responsibility

- Native-level German and good written and spoken English
