Job Description
HCM/Recruiting Senior Consultant at Workday focusing on HCM solution implementation for Financial Services and Professional Services clients. Delivering best practices, configurations, and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful implementation of Workday’s HCM solution
- Provide FSI and PS industry perspective for business requirements
- Configure the Workday solution and assist in testing
- Mentor new HCM and Recruiting Consultants
Requirements:
- 5+ years of functional experience in HCM and Recruiting software solutions or systems
- 3+ years Consulting experience
- Workday Deployment Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
