Job Description
Senior HSE Manager leading safety programs, compliance, inspections, and incident analysis. Supporting Integra’s optimized turnkey data center infrastructure delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation, review, and implementation of safety plans, procedures, and technical deliverables
- Provide subject matter expertise and mentorship to junior safety professionals
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulatory standards
- Participate in and lead high-level safety reviews involving operational risk and complex processes
- Plan and deliver training on safety practices, regulatory updates, and hazard mitigation
- Conduct and document site inspections, hazard assessments, and root cause analyses for incidents
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce risks and enhance safety performance
- Collaborate with project teams, engineering, operations, and leadership to integrate safety throughout work phases
- Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging safety-management technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field (required)
- Master’s degree or advanced safety/management education (preferred)
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive SHE experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-site or regional management capacity
- Strong knowledge of safety programs in manufacturing, construction, utilities, or services
- Experience in training, audits, root cause analysis, and hazard control implementation
- Experience implementing and supporting Process Safety Management (PSM) preferred for manufacturing roles
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) required
- Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) required
- Occupational Health & Safety Technician (OHST) required for manufacturing and service roles
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification required
- First Aid/CPR Certification required
- Additional certifications such as ASP, CESCP, or CIH are a plus
