Job Description

Senior Instructional Systems Designer responsible for analyzing and developing instructional content. Supporting web-based and instructor-led training programs with federal government clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, develop, and maintain instructional content for web-based and/or instructor-led courses and related training products
  • Collaborate with the client to conduct a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Apply the ADDIE methodology in course development
  • Conduct ongoing curriculum maintenance, revision, and course evaluation
  • Ensure eLearning and Instructor-led instructional materials meet compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of instructional design experience, with both E-learning/traditional design and development.
  • Must have college credits in learning theory, psychology of learning, educational psychology, instructional design practices, educational evaluation, instructional product development and technology education in training (minimum of 24 credit hours)
  • Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • Proficient in Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Experience working with federal government clients.
  • U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass a government background check.
