Job Description

Senior IT Project Manager leading infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and transformation projects for an IT consulting firm. Managing budgets, vendors, risks, governance, and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage IT projects, controlling scope, schedule, budget, risks, changes, resources, and dependencies
  • Lead cross-functional teams without direct reporting relationships
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control activities
  • Coordinate vendors and external partners involved in project delivery
  • Establish and maintain project governance practices
  • Identify, assess, monitor, and manage project risks
  • Manage project changes and their impacts on scope, schedule, budget, and resources
  • Ensure effective allocation and coordination of project resources
  • Maintain communication with technical teams, business stakeholders, suppliers, and executive leadership
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and project dependencies
  • Support projects involving IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and technology transformation

Requirements:

  • Experience with project management methodologies
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience with budget management and forecasting
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Hands-on experience with project planning, scope management, schedule management, budgeting, risk management, change management, resource allocation, governance, executive communication, and stakeholder management
  • Intermediate-level experience with Smartsheet
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
  • Familiarity with Cloud Services
  • Familiarity with SDx
  • Familiarity with Cyber Security
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networks, network equipment, operating systems, enterprise applications, data centers, cloud computing, security tools, and data management
  • Understanding of the IT infrastructure lifecycle, including planning, acquisition/procurement, implementation, asset management, monitoring, maintenance, and decommissioning
  • Experience or knowledge of Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Rental Man, Vertex, Azure, Citrix, Databricks, and OneID
  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor's degree is listed as a preferred qualification, not mandatory
  • CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, and ITIL certifications are preferred or valued, not mandatory
