Job Description

Senior IT Transition & Transformation Manager overseeing IT transition and transformation projects for a leading German IT service provider. Focused on customer relations and project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for complex IT transition and transformation projects
  • Ensure project success in terms of scope, schedule, budget and quality
  • Build and develop trusted client relationships
  • Advise clients as a trusted advisor on strategic issues
  • Identify opportunities for further development and work closely with the sales team
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies and escalations
  • Define and optimize transition and transformation processes
  • Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams
  • Contribute to the development of methods, standards and templates

Requirements:

  • Degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Several years of experience leading IT transition, transformation or outsourcing projects
  • Experience building and developing client relationships in a project context
  • Ability to translate client requirements into sustainable solutions
  • Confident presence and experience with demanding stakeholders up to C-level
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructures (cloud, networking, workplace, data center)
  • Ideally experience collaborating with sales and presales
  • Structured, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on value and results
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Ideally certifications such as PRINCE2, ITIL or equivalent
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
  • Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
