Job Description
Senior IT Transition & Transformation Manager overseeing IT transition and transformation projects for a leading German IT service provider. Focused on customer relations and project success.
Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end responsibility for complex IT transition and transformation projects
- Ensure project success in terms of scope, schedule, budget and quality
- Build and develop trusted client relationships
- Advise clients as a trusted advisor on strategic issues
- Identify opportunities for further development and work closely with the sales team
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies and escalations
- Define and optimize transition and transformation processes
- Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams
- Contribute to the development of methods, standards and templates
Requirements:
- Degree in a technical or business-related field
- Several years of experience leading IT transition, transformation or outsourcing projects
- Experience building and developing client relationships in a project context
- Ability to translate client requirements into sustainable solutions
- Confident presence and experience with demanding stakeholders up to C-level
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructures (cloud, networking, workplace, data center)
- Ideally experience collaborating with sales and presales
- Structured, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on value and results
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Ideally certifications such as PRINCE2, ITIL or equivalent
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
